Hotel Policies

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.

Last check-in cut off time: 7:59am

Guarantee Policy:

Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking.

Rooms will be held temporarily until 8pm of the arrival day. Unpaid reservation will be released if unable to contact or payment on time.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type, cancellation policy includes all individual / corporate account

Hotel cancellation policy does not apply to third party online booking platforms (OTA), please refer to booking policy.

  • Room cancellation 3 days before arrival date, fully refund (Processing fee charges may apply). 

  • Cancellations or amendment made within 72 hours, will result in a charge for the first night’s stay.

  • No show reservations will be charged in full reservation amount. 

(All online refunds are subject to processing fee charged by Stripes (Payment Gateway).)

Tourism Tax:

Effective 1st September 2017, Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night will come into effect as required by the Government of Malaysia. Applicable to foreign guests only. Guests with valid MyKad, Malaysian Student / Working Visa or PR status of Malaysia are exempted from the tax.

(Visa holders are required to provide ID for photocopy purpose.)

Sales & Service Tax: 

Effective 1st March 2024, Malaysian government officially increased SST (Sales & Service Tax) from 6% to 8%.

Children & Extra bed Policy: 

Under 10 years old: free of charge for accommodation sharing bed with parents.

10 years old and above: considered adult, if over room capacity, an extra room will be required or room deposit will be forfeited.

All hotel rooms does not provide extra beds.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy:

All our hotels are non-smoking property, violaters will be fined RM200 as room refreshing fee.

Customer Information and Privacy Policy:

We take our customers' privacy very seriously. We do not sell information about our customers to others. We share customer information only as described below:

When you first book with us you will be registered as a customer. We will retain all the information you provide as part of your information on record. We may need to pass this information on to other persons or parties including but not limited to security entities and/or credit checking companies, credit card companies, government agencies and public authorities if so required or as required by law. This may involve sending your personal data between different countries.

We use the IP address (es) from which you make your reservations to help administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you. We take great care to ensure this information remains confidential. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of your personal information.

By using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us in to the manner set out in this privacy policy. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
