Reservation Policies

Check-out at 12PM (12:00)


Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.

 

Guarantee Policy:


Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking.

Rooms will be held all night for arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Advance purchase bookings will be charged to the card provided between the time of booking and day of arrival — these are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

All other reservations can be cancelled or changed before 72 hours of arrival day. No-shows, cancellations or changes made after this time will result in a charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided. (Direct booking users only.)

 

Tourism Tax:

 
Effective 1st September 2017, Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night will come into effect as required by the Government of Malaysia. Applicable to foreign guests only. Guests with valid MyKad or PR status of Malaysia are exempted from the tax.



 

Sales & Service Tax: 


Effective 1st September 2018, the Malaysian government will introduce the new SST (Sales & Service Tax) to replace the previous GST (Goods & Service Tax) which ceased on 31st May 2018. All registered hotels or accommodation providers will be subject to SST of 6%.

 

Children & Extra bed Policy: 


Under 10 years old: free of charge for accommodation sharing bed with parents.

10 years old and above: considered adult, if over room capacity, deposit may be forfeited.

 

Pet Policy:


Pets are not allowed.

When you first book with us you will be registered as a customer. We will retain all the information you provide as part of your information on record. We may need to pass this information on to other persons or parties including but not limited to security entities and/or credit checking companies, credit card companies, government agencies and public authorities if so required or as required by law. This may involve sending your personal data between different countries.

We use the IP address (es) from which you make your reservations to help administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you. We take great care to ensure this information remains confidential. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of your personal information.
