How to reserve multiple rooms?
Currently our system does not support multiple room bookings.
For multiple rooms booking guest, please follow steps as below.
METHOD 1 (Below 5 Rooms)
1 Select preferred "BRANCH: Room Type" , select date.
2 After filling all the details, let us know how many rooms you need in "Special Request"
(Eg: Total 3 Deluxe Queen, 1 Deluxe Twin)
3 After payment and we will reserve your rooms until your arrival day and the total balance will be pay at the hotel.
(Don't worry, whatever promo code you entered, you will get the same deal on spot as well.)
METHOD 2 (More than 5 rooms)
Drop us an email or submit information via
contact form, for immediate response, please contact to your preferred branch.
For email/contact form submission method ONLY:
1. After we received guest information, rooms will be temporarily secured.
2. An online invoice (via PayPal) will send to guest's email.
(Full payment/room deposit are required to secure the reservation.)
3. Once payment done, the reservation will confirmed.
*Rooms will be released if we did not receive any response
*For Online Banking/Cash Deposit, you are required to provide transaction proof to us for secure the rooms
Can I transfer to other hotel branch after the reservation is made?
Yes, we are able to transfer your booking to other branches.
If room rates are different, hotel will collect the difference from guest.
*All booking transfers depends on the rooms availability of the requested branch.
Can I get refund if I want to cancel my booking?
Cancellation Policy of De UPTOWN Hotel
> Room cancellation 3 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
> Room cancellation within 3 days, first night will be charged.

For online booking guest, payment will be refund via PayPal to the payment card account, refund process may up to 14 working days.
For other payment method guest, please contact email@example.com for information.
Is there any other payment method?
Yes we does have multiple payment methods for our guests.
1) Direct Booking via website, payment via PayPal
2) Direct Booking via website, pay at hotel (Select "Offline Payment" upon check out)
3) Online transfer (Instant Transfer Only) / Cash Deposit
For Method 2, you are required to provide transaction proof in advance to secure the rooms, if failed to provide, please inform the branch for the assistance.
